The Ferienwohnung am Stemberg is located on the first floor of a two-family house in the idyllic Berlebeck. You can enter the 60 m² non-smoking apartment through a separate entrance. The apartment was completely renovated and redesigned in 2017. The 45 m² living-/bedroom is equipped with real wood parquet and a fireplace. You can reach the balcony from the livingroom.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room. It provides a 2-plate ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee filter machine, a toaster, a water kettle, an egg cooker and a radio.
Living- / bedroom:
The bright and sunny living room has a big sofa, an armchair, a 40 inch flat screen TV, a hi-fi system, an old secretary and a chest of drawers. On cold days you can cosy up at the fireplace.
A room divider separates the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, an armchair and a large mirror.
Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a toilet, a shower, a sink with a cabinet, a mirror, a radiator and a hair dryer.
Entrance:
You can enter the apartment through a separate entrance on the ground floor. In the staircase you find a coatrack, an umbrella stand and additional storage space.
Parking space:
You can park your car for free on the parking space at the house.

All prices include bedding, towels for bath and kitchen, 1x wood for the fireplace (additional charge firewood for 2.50 €), parking spot and final cleaning. For longer stays the towels are changed weekly, the bedding every 14 days. On request we clean the apartment for 15 €.
